ABOUT US

Since the firm’s inception in 2015, it has handled transactions for assets cumulatively worth more than half a billion dollars, for more than two dozen clients drawn from the banking, investment and asset trading segments of the aviation asset finance industry.

No longer the solo practice it once was, the firm now consists of a number of experienced attorneys, in addition to significant paralegal expertise.

Brian Bolger

Brian Bolger

Principal

Brian Bolger is the founder and principal of the firm. After working in two of the aviation industry’s major hubs – Ireland and California – he opened his own practice in 2015.

Brian began his career in the asset finance team of one of Ireland’s premier corporate law firms, and later moved to an in-house counsel role at a large commercial aircraft lessor in California. There he became acutely aware of the dual challenges facing legal teams in the industry: attracting high-quality in-house talent and maintaining outside counsel fees at sustainable levels that don't compromise quality.  He founded the firm with the intent to meet both challenges at once.

As a lawyer qualified on both sides of the Atlantic - New York, England and Ireland. With both private practice experience in Ireland and in-house counsel experience in the US, Brian brings a unique blend of expertise, context and commercial understanding to resourcing clients' legal needs.

“Jeanne has been, and will continue to be, an excellent source of legal representation for us and our aviation related transactions. Jeanne has “big law” firm experience that is now combined with an ability to provide a very hands-on, small firm experience. Transactions led by Jeanne have been efficient in the use of all parties’ time, cost effective, and have always closed on time.”
